Deep learning industrial vision for glass and other packaging
Our industrial vision inspection machine enables the detection and sorting of incised, bouillon and calcination on the bottoms of glass perfume bottles or spirit decanters.
Powered by our Deep Capture software developed using deep learning, the system is capable of detecting defects that no conventional industrial vision system has been able to detect until now.
Our machine, operating with 8 video stream cameras at 25 FPS each, can handle speeds of over 120 bottles per hour. The bottle handling is ensured by an adjustable clamping conveyor system. Bottle rejection is managed by air blowing on an intermediate ramp.
Our team of developers, specialized in deep learning, manages all phases of development, from photo labeling to neural network configuration, and up to the on-site integration of the system or machine.
